The flow channels, ranging from micro-scale to millimeter-scale, are accurately etched into metal plates by chemical etching technology. These plates are then diffusion bonded together, creating a solid block structure capable of withstanding extreme temperature and pressure conditions while ensuring excellent heat transfer performance.
